Univ.-Prof. Dr.phil. Zu seinen jüngsten Publikationen im Bereich Translation, digitaler Wandel und Ethik zählen “Digitalisation, Neo-Taylorism and Translation in the 2020s” (Forschungsartikel, Perspectives, 2023; mit Carole Bourgadel), “Welcome to the translation machine! Translation Labour in Times of Techno-Triumphalism” (Buchbeitrag, Translation and Neoliberalism, 2024), “Mean Machines? Technological (R)evolution and Human Labour in the Translation and Interpreting Industry” (Sonderausgabe, Perspectives, 2024; mit Michael Tieber). Er ist zudem Mitherausgeber des The Routledge Handbook of Translation Technology and Society (mit Michael Tieber), das im Juni 2025 erscheinen wird. Aktuell arbeitet er an zwei Sammelbänden: Posthumanist Thinking in Translation and Interpreting Studies: Humans, Machines and Epistemic Change (John Benjamins, voraussichtlich 2026, mit Şebnem Bahadır-Berzig und Raquel Pacheco-Aguilar) und Radical Thought in the Anthropocene: Dimensions and Potentials of Critical Theory (Palgrave Macmillan, voraussichtlich Ende 2025, mit Susanne Kogler).

His recent publications in the field of translation, digital change and ethics include “Digitalization, Neo-Taylorism and Translation in the 2020s” (research article, Perspectives, 2023; with Carole Bourgadel), “Welcome to the translation machine! Translation Labor in Times of Techno-Triumphalism” (book contribution, Translation and Neoliberalism, 2024), ”Mean Machines?
